Whether you are hosting staff or clients, Oakridge is the ideal venue for corporate events from training to hospitality and even meetings. Conveniently located close to Birmingham, Coventry and Leicester, and a lot more than simply a golf course, Oakridge lives up to its name with stunning landscape crowned by ancient oak trees, while our Clubhouse facilities will ensure your day is both productive and enjoyable, whether your goal is networking or team building.
Our spacious, open-plan function suite and our meeting room are perfect for getting business done and afterwards you can relax or network in style. In addition to smaller groups, we can comfortably accommodate up to 160 people for a seated meal with waitress service, or 200 for a reception and buffet. Our mouth-watering menus will delight, ranging from simple snacks to full 3-course dinners and more.
Meeting Room
Ideal for meetings, training and corporate events, our meeting room can accommodate a wide range of catered or non-catered events. Whether you want to combine staff training with a golfing day out or host a strictly business meeting or presentation, this space is ideal for the kinds of events that keep the wheels of business turning. Afterwards, your group will be welcome to relax and enjoy a break in our Clubhouse bar.
Large Function Suite
Larger events, including conferences, annual general meetings, corporate dinners and other social functions, will achieve perfection in our large function suite. Able to accommodate up to 160 guests for a seated meal, or 200 in buffet-style, and available to book throughout the year, even the largest of business events will be held in style.
Food and entertainment are available and our team will exceed your expectations with meals composed of delicious locally-sourced ingredients, professional bar and waitress service and our great range of contacts who can supply the extra touches to make an event special.
The Course
Suitable for both leisure players and ardent enthusiasts, our sensitively designed course has been applauded not only for its spectacular setting and meticulously maintained grounds, but also its accessibility, enjoyed by skilled golfers and absolute beginners alike.
The challenging 18-hole, par 71 course is a fairly long at 6,208 yards, laid out over 100 acres of parkland which winds its way through the Warwickshire countryside offering tight fairways and testing water hazards. Enjoyable it truly is, straightforward it certainly isn’t!

Locally sourced, perfectly prepared and lovingly arranged, will cater your business event to perfection and have options to suit all budgets and desired levels of formality.
